After a long journey and taking the Sarriegui brand to the top, more than 10 years ago Andrés Larrañaga passed the baton to Marina and Markel Larrañaga.

Today, Marina and Markel Larrañaga lead the international expansion of Patatas Fritas Sarriegui, bringing our unique flavor to over 30 countries worldwide. Alongside them, Pablo Guardia, the brand’s commercial manager, brings experience closely tied to our origins: he has been part of the project since the beginning, working three years in the founding shop where he learned the artisanal frying process and direct customer service. An authentic knowledge that strengthens our way of understanding quality and the product.
