Beautiful, super thin, golden crisps. The crunch is excellent and the taste of fried potato in clean oil is admirable. The truffle comes at you two fold. Firstly on the nose and then in the mouth. Truffles can be a minefield, too much and it can be a disaster...here, however, the level is spot on. Enough to let it be known that it is truffle but not so much as to swamp everything else and become offensive. The salt seasoning is a further great balance. This is a wonderful snack that has been beautifully presented.

What a wonderful aroma from the truffles as you open the packet revealing fabulous looking well fried crisps. These are amazingly thin with a crisp crunch and they melt in the mouth releasing great potato flavour but also excellently judged amounts of truffle. This product has been made with such finesse: the excellent preparation of the potatoes, the well-handled frying, and most importantly the judicious truffle seasoning raise this product into the pure indulgent, luxury category.
